I build growth systemsthat turn paid acquisition into profitable scale.
I'm Mikhail Kreshetov, a performance marketer and automation builder. I personally managed up to $600K in monthly Meta spend while building systems that reduced the core daily campaign workload from as much as five hours to under one.

These figures represent the acquisition scope I personally managed inside the team—not aggregate company numbers.
From manual campaigns
to an operating system.
Confidential iGaming company · US market · Jul 2025–Present
I managed the campaigns myself, identified the repetitive decisions, and then converted that operating logic into an automated acquisition workflow.
Operate more than 300 campaigns across 40–50 Meta ad accounts targeting the US market.
Launch and duplicate campaigns, monitor status and performance, update budgets, scale winners, and pause underperformers.
Python, SQL, and API systems encoded those recurring actions and replaced most of my manual campaign maintenance.
Up to $600K in monthly spend under direct management; peak monthly profit of $220K at approximately $500K spend.
What I owned end to end
Specific responsibilities from the role, described at a level that respects the company's NDA.
Campaign operations
Personally managed the full operating scope: 40–50 ad accounts, 300+ campaigns, and up to $600K in monthly Meta spend.
Profit decisions
Tracked performance at account, campaign, and creative level; used spend and profit signals to change budgets, scale, or stop traffic.
Creative R&D
Proposed new approaches and UGC concepts, isolated the strongest elements of winning creatives, and expanded them into testable variants.
Acquisition product
Worked beyond the ad account—shaping funnels, apps, offers, and the connection between the ad promise and the conversion path.
Automation logic
Defined the rules and built systems for campaign creation, duplication, monitoring, budget updates, scaling, and pausing.
Team execution
Operated inside a team while retaining direct ownership of my acquisition scope, decisions, and the automation behind it.
Three systems behind
the operating leverage.
Built from the real bottlenecks of running acquisition at scale: launch throughput, continuous optimization, and system reliability.
Creative-to-launch automation
A workflow for automated creative generation, analysis and launch selection, followed by campaign preparation and upload. It reduced the main daily operating task from as much as five hours to under one hour.
High-volume campaign operations
The system supports the daily launch of approximately 100 campaigns, then monitors the complete traffic operation every two to three hours and automatically applies the required actions.
Self-improving optimization layer
Optimization rules are re-evaluated and updated over time through retraining. Telegram alerts, detailed logs, a dashboard, and a control interface keep the operation observable.
A dedicated AI agent continuously checks system integrity and proposes improvements to the operating logic.

CONTINUOUSThe system is real.
Here is what I built.
Selected views from the internal operating interface. No client or personal names are shown; the visible figures represent partial operational samples.
Strategy, execution,
and the system between them.
Paid acquisition
Built campaign structures, launched and duplicated campaigns across accounts, monitored performance, changed budgets, and made scale-or-pause decisions.
Creative systems
Developed funnels, offers, app concepts, creative angles, and UGC ideas; analyzed why winners worked and turned those signals into new variants.
Growth automation
Translated recurring buyer logic into Python, SQL, and API workflows for launch, monitoring, optimization, scaling, and campaign shutdown.
Find the signal.
Build more of what works.
I start with a funnel, offer, app, creative angle, or UGC concept; launch the hypothesis; compare the performance signals; identify which elements drive the result; and turn them into the next batch of variants for scaling.
Built in the work,
not just around it.
Performance Marketing & Growth Automation
Personally managed up to $600K monthly Meta spend across 40–50 accounts and 300+ campaigns; owned funnel, offer, app, creative, UGC, profitability, and campaign-automation work.
